MEDucation Day 2025

In partnership with the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, the College LAUNCH for Leadership Program hosted another successful MEDucation Day. Current Scholars learned about the Medical School admissions process, participated in hands-on demonstrations including an ultrasound lab, suturing workshop, anesthesiology simulation, and preserved human brain lab. We are so appreciative of the Medical School volunteers and students who shared their expertise and answered our students’ questions about their careers. This immersive day provided high school juniors the chance to imagine their future careers in the medical field.

MEDucation Day is just one of many Saturday Summits that College LAUNCH Scholars participate in throughout the year. Next month we will celebrate their completion of the program during College LAUNCH Graduation.
