What is College LAUNCH?
The College LAUNCH for Leadership Program is a free nine-month social justice, leadership development, and college-prep program for under-resourced high school juniors in Winston-Salem, Charlotte, NC and the surrounding communities. From September to May, Scholars spend their time learning about ways to serve in their communities, different college and career pathways, and preparing to apply to college. Since 2014, the College LAUNCH for Leadership Program has uplifted over 600 students in their journey to becoming socially conscious college and career ready members of society.

Watch the video below to hear from our Scholars about their experience.

Why give to College LAUNCH?

Support and funding of the College LAUNCH for Leadership Program by community partners and donors alike will allow us to continue to assist students in exploring their academic potential and help shape their futures. Every donation to LAUNCH paves the way for the next generation of leaders, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to succeed. Furthermore, every year we are able to expose a new class of high school students to Wake Forest University and the myriad of majors, experiences, and community being a Demon Deacon can offer. By donating, you enable the program to stay free and continue its mission of assisting under-resourced students in North Carolina.
