Discover Wake Forest University Day 2025

This month, College LAUNCH Scholars and their families traveled to Wake Forest University for their Saturday Summit. With guidance from Assistant Deans of Admissions Grace Sanabria and Rose Brown, guests learned what college admissions officers look for when reviewing applications and received a firsthand look at the process by participating in a mock admissions committee. After touring the campus, families spoke with former Director of Financial Aid Tom Benza about how to understand FAFSA and obtain financial aid. To conclude the day, guests heard from current Wake Forest University students about their college experiences.
